Ethan Paddick Woodworking is a custom woodworking business based in Cambridge, Ontario, founded by me, Ethan Paddick. What began as a passion for woodworking in Grade 10 has grown into a business dedicated to creating quality, handcrafted pieces with a personal touch.

I graduated from Conestoga College’s Woodworking Technology program, completing my advanced diploma from 2022–2025. During my time at Conestoga, I developed experience in furniture making, CNC and CAD programming, machining, and a wide range of woodworking techniques.

I also had the opportunity to compete in several cabinetmaking competitions. In 2023, I placed 1st in Conestoga’s internal cabinetmaking competition, and in 2025 I placed in the top 2 before earning a bronze medal at the Skills Ontario provincial competition. I also competed in the 2025 AWMAC apprenticeship contest, where I earned 1st place, along with a cash prize and plaque. These accomplishments are something I am extremely proud of and reflect the skill and attention to detail I bring to my work.

I officially started Ethan Paddick Woodworking in February 2024 after friends and family began asking me to create pieces for them. Today, I primarily create handcrafted cutting boards, coasters, charcuterie boards, and custom woodworking projects, with every piece built from scratch by me.

I take pride in combining my formal training and experience with honest communication, exceptional customer service, and a personal touch in every project. My goal is to create quality pieces that customers can be proud to have in their home and to provide the confidence that comes with trusting an experienced and passionate woodworker.
